Credit Savvy turned 6 months old recently and we thought it was a good time to ask what you think and whether there is anything else you would like to see on Credit Savvy?

Our mission has been to make the complex world of credit reporting simple and easy to understand whilst ensuring that you have free and easy access to your own information.

We’ve been pretty busy since our launch and have rolled out a number of new features but we still have a lot we’d like to add and share in the coming weeks and months!

So what’s missing (apart from a ‘make my score higher’ button)? Can we make things clearer and simpler? Are we doing what we set out to?

We’d love to hear from you and any feedback you have and also do tell us your story if Credit Savvy has helped you.

Finally, it does go without saying but if you have enjoyed using our service then we would love it if you could tell your friends and family about us!

      Hi David,

      Thanks for getting in touch.

Credit Savvy provides credit file information and credit scores from Experian, one of three official credit reporting bodies (CRBs) in Australia.

Each CRB has their own algorithm that uses many different factors to determine a score and each will interpret the data differently.

For more information on how credit scores are calculated, you might like to read our blog post: What’s in a Credit Score?

      Kind regards,
Mel from The Credit Savvy Team
